What happens in the townhall conducted in jigani campus? Is it worth going to office for that? Is attendance mandatory?

Since senior leadership comes so mostly all teams are pushed to attend townhalls. Just to gather more crowd. Is it mandatory? Depends on your team. If you were asked to report and you don't go then you should have a good reason for not reporting.
