Should I opt for flipkart ? Or continue with Cisco merkai ? Please help.

2.no micromanaging
3. Opportunities to learn
Cons: 1.slow growth 2.layoffs have become pretty regular nowadays
If layoffs r Frequent than conversion is also an issue.
Cisco has irregular layoffs. Take flipkart
