Cisco Meraki or BlackRock

I'm currently in 7th semester, i have two internship offers.

  1. BlackRock - 50k intern and 18 ctc( 15 base )
  2. Cisco Meraki - 98k intern and 25 ctc (19 fixed pay)

With BlackRock conversation rate is 97 percent and with Cisco merkai I'm not sure of. So I'm kindaa afraid which one should I go for.

Please help me out.

Cisco Meraki offers more money, but BlackRock has better job security. Decide if you value immediate cash or long-term stability more. Both are good options.

Yeah I'm also thinking the same but if I go with BlackRock then I'm doubting myself. Do you have any idea of the conversation rate there.
