Like many other companies, CISCO has also decided to reduce its workforce. Recently it was announced that CISCO will undergo a restructuring plan and lay off its employees. According to the news, more than 5000 employees will become jobless. This action marks CISCO’s second round of layoffs in 2024 which is a huge setback. Earlier, the company laid off 4000 employees.
