Hi all, my friend just got an offer from Cisco, he is getting 28 lpa fixed and not stocks, does anyone know is it a safe option to join Cisco..like what is the annual raise they get(is it single digit or double digit) and HR said no stocks option available for this position so like for long term does Cisco provide good annual raise, promotions etc?

You should be worrying that you won't lay off Cisco. In Cisco,you should be give 100% of your work vise versa you would get good hike. If you are not working properly then ,you will be first person to be laid off
