Trending @Infosys; CISCLD suggestions needed to get Project

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share my recent experience and get some advice here I recently transitioned from an L2 Production Support role to the Cloud Unit (CISCLD) through IJP. And now I really have tough Time to secure a project

I had multiple calls, but most of them expecting hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, which I lack since I am bench for 2 month now and I have been actively learning—watching YouTube tutorials, taking offline training as well which I was doing prior moving to bench as well but as due to couple months online/offline trainings not have that much practical exposure

However, as I am on JL5, the expectation is that I should have 5-6 + years of deep cloud experience

Everyday I am trying to grab more and more command on cloud tools but the pressure and uncertainty of not getting a project is becoming stressful.l and feel stuck

I would really appreciate any suggestions, guidance, or advice from those who have faced similar challenges or any path I should follow

I moved to CIS Unit an year ago through IJP. Initially I was so genuine in the client Interviews, saying I've learnt Cloud and looking for opportunity, but it didn't worked out. Then I completely faked it and cracked client interview, be genuine with Infy Colleagues, inform about your career transition, they will help you in project. But with Client you have to just fake it.
