Trending @Cognizant; CIS Domain: I joined CTS on 13th December 2022. When will I receive Associate promotion?

My HM said there is a change in promotion policy. It is now after 3 years. Does anyone know about this?

yes. if you got >= 4 rating in last year then you might have promoted. but now the policy is 30months from joining date. and there is a criteria for PA -> A promotion.
