Shows that they still haven't realised why they are losing work to other vendors. TCS delivery quality is getting worse by the day, focus on talent before the remaining reputation is lost.

It’s better to move out of TCS as soon as possible, since it’s no longer the TCS we once knew. The way they are terminating employees is extremely harsh, unlike anything seen before in other organizations.

There is no talent, TCS will ruin whatever code base they get and will make it worse to create dependency.
