Choosing the right company for growth

I’ve received offer from BOLD, Taazaa, and Giesecke & Devrient with compensation around 55, 54, and 55. I have 14 years of experience in .NET and currently work as an Architect. I’m looking for a company where I can stay for at least the next five years and grow my career.
