Choosing Internet Provider

I have been using Airtel for the past 6 months and a total of 3 disconnections happened , each time it took 8 to 10 days to resolve the issue, just to reach the agent itself it took 7 days , planning to switch to any other provider who is having reliable customer support and quick resolution, any suggestions?

Note - I stay in Kasavanahalli near Play Arena
