Choosing between two offers
Hey everyone wanted your thoughts and opinions on two offers available. One of my friend is trying to choose between two options available and not able to decide what to choose.Will try to share as much as details possible 5 years of experience
Offer 1 - Senior engineer - Current job WFH Remote Job 3L per month total including job and some side freelance gigs after taxes.
Offer 2 - Co Founding CTO Role for a 3 4 year old startup 2 L per month total after taxes approximately WFO blr - stable one, equity compensation also there and market in which startup is also looks good and growing for next 3 4 years Hands on role initially team building after 6 months or so.
Out of these which is better, please ask any questions if needed for deciding, and also your view points about what could be best , if anyone is senior then it might help more if they can guide and have seen this
I hit offer 2 without reading. Offer 1 is good.
If you like to hustle and sometime later start your own org then go for option two, else option one makes a lot of financial sense
