Choosing between job offers
24 lpa wfo 5 days (will have relocate to delhi) or 17.3 (fixed) + 0.7 (benefits) = remote opportunity
Which one is better? 24 lpa offering is a product based startup with good fundings raised whereas the other one is an established service based company with a slightly higher job security. I am confused as I have only 3 years of experience and I want to have work life balance and all the other things as well, but I feel that if I take 23 lpa then it will be a big raise as compared to my current ctc.
Please put your thinking in the box.
Service based company is a no go. Take the offer of the product based company and re apply to other orgs for switch.
If you are only looking for money, then I suggest calculate the payment difference post tax and post relocation charges (rents/food)
It's all about your choice
24L will give you more money but with expenses. Might help in future offer/switch. But will have bad wlb
18L give less money but no expense. Will have good wlb but might result in lesser switch hike.
