Choosing a premium laptop

I want to buy a premium laptop and my requirements are 14 inch display, OLA screen, preferably not necessarily touch screen, but it should have at least 400 to 500 NITTS of brightness and total weight should not exceed 1.5 kg

Coming to technical specification, I want this machine to have 1TB of SSD and a minimum of 16 gig RAM

I HAVE IDENTIFIED A FEW OPTIONS SUCH AS ASUS ZEN BOOK 14 AND ASUS VIVO BOOK 14 AND DELL XPS 14

I CAN GO MAXIMUM BUDGET OF 1.2 LAKH

has anybody used above set laptop brands and models, or any other model or brands within the same range and technical specifications?

My usage will be normal daily usage, a little bit of bench, watching productivity of use, no gaming, no graphic card required, dedicated and a lot of mobility due to which I wanted to weigh less than 1.5kg

I thought of MacBook, but I’m not too sure about application compatibility with macOS. I sometimes need to run certain software like virtual machine lab box for learning purposes.

Is retina display better than OLED 2K or 3K?

Retina display is just apple marketing around higher ppi
Oled have deeper blacks, but if you work a lot around text (well ofc 🤷‍♀️) .. the colour fringing around text in oled might annoy you
Go see laptops with oled displays in stores and see if it annoys you

Which laptop shall I buy?

I’m in search of a good laptop around 60k range but I’m flexible in increasing that if I get good suggestions. I mostly will need it for coding and video editing work. My usage might be heavy.
