Choose Project in TCS
Hi guys, If a project handled by Chennai Manager. Please don't join the project. Managers from Chennai are customer centric. They will only listen to Customer not to you even customer is wrong. I have faced issue in 2 projects. Both are Chennai based
I completely Agree. They wont take stand for their Team. I have experienced this too.

Being from Chennai i agree to this , they never talk back and force the offshore team on unrealistic deliverables..
it seems not only from chennai, whole tcs managers are the same ,Because i worked under punjabi, chennai, bengali.. all are same

Stooping down to clients is an organisation wide policy in TCS. It has nothing to do with Chennai managers. I have worked with all types of managers. On the contrary north indian managers are assholes. They will destroy your career for petty politics. Especially Kolkata managers. The only problem with Chennai managers is that they might favour Chennai people. But again that is ideal. You must favour your own people. Kolkata managers will betray their own people. Chennai resources are sincere people.
I joined chennai team and replaced chennai manager now team members are happy
