Choose Between Work-life or Pay
I have got two offers one from TransUnion and Another from DELTEK and TransUnion is offering more than Deltek but not very much it's just 10% more than Deltek but DELTEK has WFH policy totally and Canada timings but TRANSUNION has WFO policy 2 days a week, I have already been doing WFH but I don't like it much because there's no interaction with people and we mainly focus on work only but no social bonding and TransUnion I need to travel 20kms one side but I'm not able to decide which one to join.

It's a personal choice man. Depends on whether you'll be ok with being stuck in traffic for 4 hours a day over not having much social interaction because you WFH.
Personally, I'd take the latter any day over the former
