Is it worth doing the masters in these clgs under ChiEP Can we expect salary increase Or can we expect salary during shifts Or it is only useful for doing PhD Please answer it
Don't fall for it — it's just a trap to keep you stuck in the same company for another 2–3 years. A company offering ₹50K for your final semester is not worth it, especially when you can gain far more by pursuing external certifications, which can be reimbursed between ₹50K to ₹2L. I’ve taken that route myself and benefited much more. These so-called online degrees often provide outdated content and weak knowledge, merely sold under the IIT brand, which holds little real value or impact for clients or engagements. The faculty here are mostly on short-term contracts and lack the depth you’d find in regular on-campus programs. It's better to avoid it.
