Chief Happiness Officer in IT

I just came to know that Deloitte has a Chief Happiness Officer, sounds like they would take care of Happiness of employees. Can anyone from Deloitte confirm what's their role and how much has it impacted your happiness? Does any other IT company in India have something like this?

There are many GPTW companies which are not really GPTW.

Similarly having a CHO doesn't mean that employees' happiness will be taken care of.
