Chicken Chips - Why not in India yet?

While there have been lot of veg chips (both home made and processed), I could not find any non-veg chips varieties (i.e. chips made of chicken, lamb etc.). There are options available in SE Asian and western countries. Why do you think we don't have in India yet?

There’s a brand called Doki, I’ve tried their buffalo and pork jerky and chips! Quite good, they also have chicken chips!
