Chemical Engineer

I am Chemical engineer 2023 Batch. I want to do my career in process design engineering. Mailed resume to lot of company, given multiple interview, but they expected someone with 2-3 years of experience. Currently got an offer from pharmaceutical company in production department they asking to sign 5 years fixed term contract with 2.04 LPA. So should I join it or wait ? If anyone/senior from chemical or Pharma industry seeing this please guide. Thanks in advance

Every industry needs process designers. Why focus on chemical only ? Branch out. Chase industries with better gross margins
