I'm about to receive few offer, and always confused what to consider while accepting an offer.

1. Work Life Balance
2. Pay Structure (not pay)
3. Perks and Benefits
4. Office Commute

Other than these, in few posts, i had to see to check the annual hike ratio (if they are providing)
