My performance bonus this quarter is less than the previous one. Can this be taken as an indication of a lower year-end rating, or is it too early to assume?

Performance is link with various factors like Unit performance, Individual Performance, your rating!

Well individual rating won't play any role in my experience. In past it has been seem irrespective of rating people got similar variable pay at same JL.

Rating will be based on Oct24-Sep25 performance, not only based upon one quarter performance.

Nope. Rating has small part to play. Average is decided at org level and unit level. The + done for CD and OS rating. What it mean the org/unit level payout has come down
