Check the status of promotion

Hello everyone I need information regarding how to check the promotion they initiated or not for SE to IT Analyst. Is there any chance to check in Ultimatix If they initiated how many days took it will effect and what was the parameters are they to qualify to get promotion. Can anyone will help on my issue.

Only your manager and reviewer from speed can check promotion status. Please check with your manager. Mostly promotion cycle is closed so may not happen this quarter.

Your SPEED manager can only initiate the promotion and track it. You can’t track anywhere in ultimatix. You can request your manager to know the status but it depends on him/her to tell the truth or fake. For now there is no promotion at all. So wait and save your self from layoffs.
