We are working on a small app where Indians prefer to login via mobile number and OTP. Firebase/Supabase/Appwrite only support a few OTP providers like twilio and all who seems to be expensive for the India Market. But, there are few local players which are really cheap like 0.2Rs/SMS . What will be your strategy on integrating these cheap providers into Supabase/firebase.

If it's for phone auth, Appwrite Cloud doesn't charge anything extra to use it.
Beyond that, if your audience is only Indians and you're implementing messaging, check MSG91
send OTP over whatsapp or email.
