One senior lvl 10 badly f*cked the project. Level 11 guy left, he got offer and ask for retention but they said there were a lot of people on bench and they can take his place. They kept new people but they had fake skill and they fire (rolloff) that person every month and the notice period guy has to work as they said they will increase his notice period (lol). Guess quality isn't that good after all. Neither AI could do the job. #reinventers.
