Chatgpt while giving an interview.

I've seen a lot of candidates who pretend to give answers but they are just reading it through their screens. Is it normal ?

I sometimes also get intrigued to use chatgpt while giving interviews. Most of the time I know the answers and chatgpt helps to formulate answers in a better way.

Even if I know the answers i'm getting into the habit of using chatgpt.
