Do not upload any type of files in Chatgpt like .py, .js, etc. Mistakenly I upload .py file instead of .txt file. My DU lead called me directly after 2 days and checked each and every chat line by line in ChatGPT. There was no sensitive info, because I uploaded only a simple python code for practice purposes. So he was fine and left me with a warning.
