Chat issue in Grapevine

I am unable to start a chat with any user. When I am clicking on “start chat”, chat box isn’t opening. Anyone else facing this issue?

@BeingCivil nah. And if i had reached the kimit, a pop up used to appear that i have reached the limit

yes its happening but heres the catch , if u click on start chat button it wont open it right away , u need to go in the chat section, and there u will find all the chats including the one u just wanted to start.
check in the chat section u will have it
