Bank refuses to provide merchant details, closed my complaint without investigation, and continues to demand payment. Police closed case without contact. @RBI and cybercrime agencies keep redirecting responsibility. As an unemployed citizen fighting for my savings, I ask: Where does a common person turn when banks, regulators, and law enforcement all fail to I have complete documentation and seek urgent intervention.
