Charged₹19685 for a ₹499 transaction by @SouthIndianBank. Bank refuses to share merchant details & demands payment despite fraud report.

Victim of ₹19,000 fraudulent charge by @SouthIndianBank where 2FA was only done for ₹499. Bank refuses to provide merchant details, closed my complaint without investigation, and continues to demand payment. Police closed case without contact. @RBI and cybercrime agencies keep redirecting responsibility. As an unemployed citizen fighting for my savings, I ask: Where does a common person turn when banks, regulators, and law enforcement all fail to I have complete documentation and seek urgent intervention. Unemployed citizen? Why are you using credit card being unemployed?
That said, you can lodge grievance against RBI in cpgrams portal too

Have lodged compliant but they are closing saying bank will take care! Bank is harassing me everyday without sharing at least the contact of merchant

With the RBI ombudsman you will have to file multiple complaints with proof of this getting not resolved even after multiple earnest attempts by you. Also raise this as a complaint with the CC issuer multiple times.
