Trending @Accenture; Chaos at Accenture!
I just onboarded Accenture and on the grapevine all I could see is chaos and people crying about less hike, less VP, WLB and non cooperative leads or managers. I have resigned from my previous org because of the same reasons but this seems to be the story with every other organisation.
Don’t come here.. Save yourself while u can.. Accenture hired all the hopeless ppl around with the most pathetic mentality and everything is gone for a toss.. Accenture 10 years back and Accenture today is very different.. Full of toxic ppl on the top levels just churning and screwing ppl at middle and low level.. And leadership cares a damn coz company is making profit and they are getting their share without any cuts while shareholders are happy with the profits..
Same with my previous organisation.. Mindtree used to a great place to work but from last 2-3 years it has joined the same pool.
This is the worst time to be in Accenture. Run. Fast.
