Changing tech stack

Hi guys ,

Is there any way to switch tech stacks in TCS ? I’m currently working as a Salesforce dev , but I want to work as a full stack dev or a block chain dev . Any suggestions as to what I can do to achieve these ?

Upskill yourself in full stack or blockchain through online courses. Network internally and express your interest to your manager. If that fails, consider external opportunities. Simple, but not easy.
