Changing swon to different iou during march/April affects band?
I'm put into some other swon for two months now for march, April for some issues. That swon is different unit. Will it effect my band now in April? Please help me. My appraisal already closed in my old swon, now I'm shifted to other swon in other unit. I'm a wings 1 digital person and I should not get C band. When I raised issue, I'm not getting any responses from manager that will it impact band or not. I'm getting tensed.. Anyone kindly help. I'm given ipf of 4.3, but I heard ipf and band aren't directly proportional
Check under Unit Details in Speed. If it's showing old swon there then your band will come from the old unit only. It should show the old swon since that's where you completed your appraisal from my experience.
