I need your help with changing project+tech .
I am trying to get into a role of Java Springboot Microservices(3 yoe).
I have 6 years of experience in IT and trying to change my tech stack. With no promotions in Accenture for the past 3 years, I have taken the decision to change the tech.
Is there any opportunities possible inside Accenture?

I work in Infra support. So I am not at all confident with my HR and manager to help on this. Especially the HR always replies by the book.
First u have to get proficiency in skill. Then get release from project and get new project
I had received a p1 almost a year back in java fullstack. But the main skill like Springboot backend are all disabled for me it seems.
Do we need p3 or above?
