Trending @Accenture; Changing from current project

It's been almost 3 years in my current project. I have asked my current lead and Manager to release me but they don't seem to take any action.I told them that there is no growth,hike for here and that's why I want to leave this project.What should I do 😐 they are just stating that no resource is available for my replacement
