Hi guys, I have recently completed 2 years in Accenture and I'm working in ServiceNow but I want to change my domain to a more development based role such as Web Application development or Python development. Has anyone done that previously? I would appreciate support and guidance on the same. Thank you!

So upskilling would include certifications and personal projects right? Do I also need to update my skills on my competency and give the tests?

Switching domains is doable but takes effort. Upskill in web or Python, and talk to your manager about your goals.
