Total wfh allocated is 11 days for march, but there was a public holiday for Holi. Does that mean we can only take 10 wfh as otherwise wfo will only be 9 days, or we can avail all the 11 days?

Yes you can take all 11 days wfh. Thankfully the current infy policy reduces leaves/holidays from your wfo balance not wfh balance
