Hi , I was moved to edge verve unit 1 month back from a unit in Infy limited, here opportunity doesn’t seem to be align with my skill , want to move out of unit any recommendations? IJP not getting relevant opening , bridge also doesn’t seem to suit , at JL4A , bored at bench for a more than 4 months past .. how to move ahead with career 😪😵💫
Was it an auto movement or you applied and got through?
While was on bench , One of the manager was hiring for a opportunity and pulled me here saying your unit suggested your name , later another person reached out with a opportunity for a project but skill was not relevant and was pushing to get aligned .. asked that person for a opportunity in a new skill , but that manager was saying you don’t have experience in that …so now on bench .. bored now …😓🫠😪
