Can anyone guide me on the process to change the supervisor. I really need to change my supervisor. My supervisor is no good for me or my growth in career. My supervisor either doesn't really know anything about anything and is really incompetent or hates me and doesn't want me to grow (and no I am not the rebel kind of person, i have sincerely done all my work over all these years, have never created any trouble, or skipped work or had any escalation. My record is clear) . Everytime I asked for help or guidance or support, my supervisor either tell me to ask someone else, or provide me wrong info. Every year after annual results, we connect and discuss on points of improvements and whatever my supervisor tell me to do, I do, and yet everytime I just don't get promotion or hike. It really breaks my heart seeing that some idiots are getting promoted. I really need a good guide for my career, can anyone please tell how to change supervisor?
