Hi all currently I'm working as PMO in project level 12. This is my first company. I'm too bored with this PMO. How can I change my skill any idea? Joining date September 2022.

Was in the same position like you. I was put to PMO even though I was hired as an engineer and was trained in testing field. The only thing that you can do is talk to some manger and ask him/ her to get you onboarded in his/her project. Along with this , change your skill in my competency tool too.
