When can we change the project ? When we can ask the PMO team to roll off me from the project ? Is there any time span , like after 18mnths or 24months from joining the project

Hey PMO here, a PMO will only roll off if instructed by the manager or senior manager. The manager should be ready to let you go off.
PMO only does the process of roll off.

Also there is no time span mandatory it can be done anytime. If you set the roll off date today and if you are a long term resource, you will be rolled off after 90days
And if you are a short term resource, you will be rolled off after 45 days. But if other projects lock you, you don't have to wait for 90 or 45 days.
