Change of IOU in TCS

I have been working in TCS for 8 years and for past 5 years I have been working in a project in IS Tech unit, now the project have released me to RMG. I found a new project in another IOU but the RMG is not allowing me to join the project saying they have project here. I have been unnalocated since 1 week, no project approached me till now. Still RMG is holding me back not allowing to join the project I found since It's from another unit. What can be done.
