Change of domain

I work in tech for the last 8 years but I dont feel motivated enough to continue in the tech anymore. Having said that, I dont want to give up my career and the independence. I am fluent and have top notch communication skills, and my inner calling is anything towards finance but no degree in that domain. Any suggestions on how to make the next move. I feel deloitte, ey and the big4 should be my viable options but how do I make an entry there? Any advice for me from the experienced folks of grapevine community is welcome. I just feel very lost right now and need guidance.
