Hey everyone, I did my graduation in Bachelor of engineering in CS but due to circumstances I had to stay in lucknow so I joined Hcl but it is non tech role how can I switch my domain.I really don't want to leave Hcl because Lucknow is my Hometown
Well good decision, to stay in lucknow only. No need to go far like bangalore or hyderabad. I would rather say dont ever go there.
So coming to your question, can u tell which vertical u r into ?
Keep searching and making connections internally in hcl for prospects. Keep looking in talentxchange also.
Also look for people from various del team, like director or agm or business manager or vp and message them dont hesitate. Someone whould defenetaly help you on this.
Use yammer its a good platform internally. Even i got my project from there only. I posted and then one of L4 connected me from my vertical.
