change my opinion

the samay raina case proves one thing: our system isn't broken, it's working exactly how politicians & the rich want it to. if they wanted to end crime, corruption & pollution or boost development and education, they could do it overnight, but they won't. it's not inefficiency, it's intent of the politicians.
