If you show medical reasons, they give you a change in base location

First have a word with your supervisor and inform him that you want to change your location, the reason for it (if he asks). Get your supervisor's approval first. Once he approves drop a mail to your RMG asking for a location change and keep your supervisor in cc

Get approval from supervisor

Talk with your supervisor get it approval & then connect with your RMG they will change it
