So my laptop has issue ..so IT support said to replace it ..but the issue is I'm reporting from other location then my base location... So could it be possible if I can choose my current location as pickup nd drop location for laptop???

You can usually arrange for pickup and drop at your current location. Just make sure to update IT support with your current address, they should help you out.

But doesn't Capgemini discontinued remote pickup and drop location??so can someone from my behalf submit it ??
