Today, me and my friends noticed that our wfh balance is changed from hours to days. And now we have to go to office 10 days in a month. We are at Jl4. Is it same for everyone ?

I have been following the 10-day Return to Office (RTO) policy for the past year. While the policy may vary across different units, it seems that it has been mandated across all units and JL levels over the past one month.

3.5 hrs in office is enough or need to complete 9.15 hrs in office? If not wfh be applied for rest of hrs?
