Hi everyone,
Recently I saw that my reviewer and appraiser name has changed from my immediate manager id to practice unit head id to whom I do not report directly. I have recently joined Infosys at level 5 in last November. Is this something to be concerned about or is a regular process?

Don't worry too much, it's quite common here. Just have a chat with your manager to clear things up.
