After all this, Cognizant really need to think on its leadership.
Looks like our CEO is more interested in building his personal wealth.
Company is generating revenue because we are working so hard, we are ones who are working 10-12 hrs to build revenue for company.
We giving our 100% to the company, in result what we get is 3-5%.
I think rather than focusing on other factors which are not in our hand it is better to focus on the things which are there in our hand if we can switch the job. Also if we are not finding any, then we should restrict our work till the point how much we are getting paid for. Every now and then there are P2 issues we have to stretch ourselves to deliver for them. Stock to our timings. Also we should keep playing safe for 3 rating, as there is only 1-1.5% difference.
