Trending @Accenture; Change in domain/ work stream.
Hi,
I am working as a Software Engineer in ASP .NET MVC stream in Accenture for 2.5 years and my total technical experience is also 2.5 years. I have technical knowledge in ASP .NET MVC, SSIS and Microsoft SQL Server and Azure.
I want to change my work stream .Net and fully focus on skills like Azure data factory, Azure databricks, Apache spark and want to become a data engineer from a full stack developer.
Is it possible in Accenture to change my work stream and how much time does it take and what is the process?
Also, which way is the best, to change my stream while joining another company or while working with Accenture?
Did you approach your manager regarding your interest in switching?

I have same idea as post creator, I'm worried what will my manager think and how will it affect my work.
Plus earlier so many rejection because of no work experience.
What urs say in it ?

I have the same question. Mine is 4.5 yrs of experience and I am on bench. Any suggestions on how to change?
